What is an Affiliate Program?
An Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our products on your web site. By placing these links, visitors to your site have the opportunity to buy products. If a product is purchased by one of your visitors through our web sites, we pay you a commission for each sale.
Why should I join?
There are many reasons to join. Becoming an Affiliate is free, and you will have the opportunity to increase your revenue potential with very little effort. As an Affiliate, you can add value to the content of your site. We will process all customer orders and handle all payments.
How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, once you have accepted the agreement, you will be directed to complete the Affiliate Application. After your application is submitted, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as an Affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.
What does it cost to join the program?
It's free to join the Recognisoft Affiliate Program and you can cancel your participation in the program at any time.
How does the Recognisoft Affiliate Program work?
Our system is very simple to set up. You place hyperlinks from your web site to our web site, using a special link code generated by our affiliate tracking software. All sales generated from your link will automatically credit you with a commissiom from the sale. Our program is also a two-tier program, which means that if a visitor from your site decides to join up as an affiliate, you will get 5% on every sale they make.
How do I sign up my friend to become an affiliate?
All your friend has to do is to follow an affiliate link or banner (a link or banner with your unique tracking URL - click here to see examples) from your site to the Recognisoft site, and sign up for our Affiliate Program
Can I copy material from the Recognisoft web site?
As an Affiliate, you can use any of the affiliate links and banners located here. You will find that you will achieve the best results if you describe your own experiences and successes in using Recognisoft products.
Can I create my own banners and text links?
Yes, you may create your own banner and text links and place them on your site with our approval. Banners and links must be sent for approval to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I include price information of your product on my site?
Prices of our products may change without notice, and customers may be confused if they see one price on your site and another price on ours. To be safe, it is best to avoid putting prices on your site.
Is my site eligible to join the program?
Most sites will qualify to participate in the program. We review all sites who wish to join the program prior to acceptance to ensure the sites meet with the terms and conditions set out in our Affiliate Agreement.
May I link to Recognisoft from more than one site?
Yes. You are welcome to place links to Recognisoft from multiple sites.
I don't have a web site. Can I still apply?
Unfortunately, you must have a web site to become a Recognisoft Affiliate. In order for us to accept you as an Affiliate, we must be able to view your web site.
Can I participate in other affiliate programs?
Yes, you can also have links to other affiliate partners on your site.
How do I setup links to the Recognisoft web site?
Once your site has been approved, you can set up links using the affiliate name you have chosen when you signed up for the program. Examples of the code can be found at our Promotional Materials page.
Where should I place the links on my site?
You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find, such as on your home page and any other high-traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.
How much will I be paid?
You will receive a commission of 15% of the final net sales. If a visitor from your site decides to join up as an affiliate, you will get 5% on every sale they make.
When and how do I get paid?
The Recognisoft Affiliate Program pays out on a calendar-month basis. Checks, in $US currency, will be mailed to you on the 15th of each month for all sales generated in the previous month.
Do I have to meet a minimum amount in order to get paid?
Yes. The minimum commission is $30. As soon as you reach this amount we'll send you the checks. We send checks on monthly basis.
How much can I expect to earn?
We cannot predict how much you will earn from our Affiliate Program because we do not have any information about your web site or your visitors. Your own marketing efforts will determine the level of revenue you can expect from the Recognisoft Affiliate Program.
How do I track my sales?
You can track your sales in real time by logging in to your affiliate stats page using your unique affiliate name and password. In addition, you will automatically receive an email confirmation, each time a sale is made from your affiliate link.
Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Yes. When you buy products from us through your web site, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor purchase.
What about product returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
Will I get paid if a visitor from my site doesn't buy immediately?
A visitor from your site does not have to buy any of Recognisoft products the first time they visit our site. If he returns to make a purchase later, you still get your 15% commission.
Who processes orders and handles customer service?
Recognisoft handles all order processing and customer service for the customers that you refer to our sites. All you have to do is place links on your site.
How do you know that the customers came from my site?
When a visitor initially comes to a Recognisoft site from your site, they will receive a cookie. Later, when the visitor comes back to our site and makes a purchase, Recognisoft will capture the cookie information from the visitor. The cookie will contain your unique site identifier that will allow us to compensate you accordingly.
What happens if I terminate my affiliate membership?
If you terminate your affiliate membership, you will not receive any commissions on sales made after termination date. You will be paid for you earnings before the termination date as long as they exceed our payment threshold of $30.
